Sports Center Day Camp

June 2–August 8

Swimming, ice skating, and bowling are just a start at Sports Center Day Camp. Campers ages 6–12 (and 5-year-olds who have finished kindergarten) beat the heat and create wonderful memories on Pensacola Christian College’s campus.

When you work at Sports Center Day Camp, you get to invest in campers who are quite possibly hearing the gospel for the first time. Whether they live locally, are with their family for Teen Extreme, or are simply spending the summer with family in Florida, campers at Sports Center Day Camp are eager to connect with someone willing to invest in them.

Each leader at Sports Center Day Camp works with a specific group of campers, separated by age and gender.
As a leader, you would get to travel to each activity (bowling, ice skating, swimming, and more) with the campers, providing you with the chance to train, coach, and invest in them throughout the day.
Throughout the summer, you will have many chances to lead a child to Christ after they hear a clear gospel presentation in chapel.

Discover Day Camp

June 2–July 25

Discover Day Camp will captivate the campers’ imaginations as they become scientists, travel to faraway places, engage with technology, and learn more about reading and math. This hands-on learning experience is a fun and interactive way to prepare the campers for their next school year.

Leaders who work at Discover Day Camp have the opportunity to influence the lives of campers for eternity. Campers often comment that one of their favorite parts of Discover Day Camp is the caring and kind leaders!

Campers are divided in groups by grade levels from 1st–6th grade and experience hands-on, interactive learning activities in science, history, arithmetic, and language that help expand their understanding and imagination.
A highlight of each week is the time that the campers spend in Adventure Rooms where they solve clues, decode messages, and analyze riddles to solve a mystery.
Chapel time provides chances to lead a child to Christ after they hear a clear presentation of the gospel.

Leaders have the opportunity to invest in the lives of the campers as they lead campers to each activity, help with chapel invitation, and assist teachers in exciting camp sessions.

Camp o’ the Pines

June 15–July 18

With air-conditioned cabins, impressive zip lines, and super-fun water slides, this isn’t your ordinary summer camp. Campers ages 8–12 learn about God during chapel time, make new friends, and enjoy the great outdoors doing everything from archery to swimming.

Working at Camp o’ the Pines will give you the opportunity to share the gospel with children from a variety of backgrounds.

As cabin leaders take their campers through an exciting day of activities including archery, canoeing, pool time, and zip lines, they get to invest spiritually in the lives of campers and make a difference that will last for all of eternity.
Activity and operational staff also get to influence the lives of campers as they run activities or work behind the scenes.

Teen Extreme

June 9–July 18

Summer adventure meets spiritual growth at Teen Extreme for grades 7–12. Our mission is to provide an energetic camping environment that includes extreme sports and team activities with a focus on spiritual growth and development.

While serving at Teen Extreme

You have the opportunity to invest in the lives of teens that come to camp from across the country and around the world.
Teen Extreme leaders get a front-row seat as they witness life-changing moments in the lives of campers, sponsors, and even themselves.
Leaders have the opportunity to connect with campers and share the gospel while working in the Sports Center, Swim Center, West Campus, paintball field, and more!
You’ll also hear amazing messages each day from our dynamic camp speakers.

This journey is not done alone but with a strong team serving beside you, creating friends and memories that will last a lifetime.

NEXT Summer Camps provides leaders with the unique opportunity of sharing the gospel through their field of interest. Whether you’re exploring a subject, performing drama or music, or competing on the court, you have the opportunity to make an eternal difference for Christ in hundreds of campers’ lives. Choose from 14 total camps that cover a variety of academics, visual arts, and sports camps.

Leaders travel with campers all across campus, taking campers to sessions and activities that will challenge them to take their skills to the next level.
Morning and evening challenges are a significant part of the camp schedule where leaders assist with invitation and see many campers come to Christ.
Gain valuable experience working alongside passionate directors and have an unforgettable summer serving God.
